- Full-priced Sunnylife items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
- Due to the nature of pool floats and inflatables, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been inflated, used, or damaged during use, unless there is a manufacturing fault covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
