1. General

White Fox & Co is an online boutique based in New Zealand. All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our terms, pricing, or offerings at any time without notice.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. In the rare case an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with an alternative or issue a refund.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, and Laybuy. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed after midday may be processed the following day. Shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Sale items are final sale.

6. Faulty Items

We take care in checking all stock before dispatch. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us via our Contact Form within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase. Discounts cannot be stacked unless stated otherwise.

8. Rewards Programme

White Fox Rewards is our loyalty programme. Points can be earned and redeemed on eligible purchases.
