Timeframe

You can return full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned at your own cost

To request a return, please email us at hello@whitefoxandco.co.nz within the 7-day window.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Pacifiers, teethers, feeding products, or hygiene-related items

  • Gift cards

We do not offer returns for change of mind or delayed parcels once items are shipped.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos so we can review the issue and offer a resolution.


Exchanges

Due to limited stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.


Store Credit

Approved returns will be processed as store credit only. Refunds are not offered unless the item is deemed faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
