Order Processing:

Where possible, all orders are shipped the following business day. Sometimes, during sales or promotions, things can get a bit hectic, so it might take up to two business days.

Once your order leaves White Fox & Co. HQ, you will receive a system-generated email with a button linking to your order. Clicking this button will show your tracking information.

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, please contact us.

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you need something sent urgently, please email us at hello@whitefoxandco.co.nz with your order number, and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

New Zealand Delivery:

We offer FREE New Zealand shipping on all orders over $149*.

*NOTE: This excludes bulky, oversized items. Bulky items are shipped via tracked courier at a cost of $20. For all other orders, we offer a flat rate of $7.50.

Rural deliveries are $12.99. Please ensure you select "rural" at checkout if your address is classed as rural.

All New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Post.

Our courier provider attempts to deliver overnight to urban centres, so you should expect delivery the day after you receive your dispatch email with tracking information.

If you live in an urban centre and haven't received your order within five business days from dispatch, please get in touch. If you live rurally, please allow a minimum of five business days for your order to arrive from the receipt of your dispatch email.

Pre-orders:

Orders will not be split if a pre-order item is ordered with in-stock items. If you want in-stock items sent straight away, please complete a separate order. If you have already ordered and would like it split, please contact us via our contact page, and we can arrange to invoice you for the extra shipping, if required.
