Courier Delays ♡ Please note the entire courier network across New Zealand is experiencing delays. Expect courier delays over this time.

White Fox & Co is an online store only and open 24/7 online for your shopping enjoyment.  White Fox & Co is an at home based business, no travel or staff are required to enter this private premise, contactless courier pick ups are currently in place, we do not offer click and collect. 

The freight network New Zealand wide is currently experiencing delays,  White Fox & Co is down to one courier pick up a day, please place your orders before 12:00pm for same day shipping. 

Due to our current circumstances - all orders packed are done so using MBIE measures, hand sanitising etc. all items are shipped in their original packaging to minimise handling. Returns policy has been extended through this time, should you receive any items you wish to return, please get in touch via email and we will deal with them upon alert level changes.

Where possible, all orders are shipped the following business day.  Sometimes, when there's a sale or promotion, things can get a bit hectic, so it might take two business days. 

Once  your order leaves White Fox & Co HQ you will receive a system generated email with a button that links to your order. If you click this button you will see your tracking information.
Orders will not be split where a pre - order item is ordered with in - stock items.  If you are wanting in - stock items sent straight away please complete a separate order. If you have already ordered and would like it split then please contact us via our contact us page and we can arrange to invoice you for the extra shipping, if required.
All orders are processed on a first come first served basis although if you do need something sent urgently please send an email to hello@whitefoxandco.co.nz with your order number and we will do our very best to accommodate you.  Orders for Australia will be shipped via DHL with delivery usually within 1-2 business days of shipment.

New Zealand Delivery:


We offer FREE New Zealand shipping on all orders over $99*.  

*NOTE this excludes Charlie Crane Levo Rockers as these are a bulky, oversized item. Charlie Crane Levo Rockers are shipped via tracked courier at a cost of $20.  For all other orders we offer flat rate of $7.50.  All New Zealand orders are sent via Fastway / Aramex Couriers.

Our courier provider attempts to deliver overnight to urban centres within the North Island, so you should expect delivery the day after you receive your dispatch email with tracking information. 

If you live in an urban centre and haven't received your order five business days from dispatch, please get in touch. If you live rurally, please allow a minimum of five business days for your order to arrive from the receipt of your dispatch email.  If you have not received an automated email to notify you your order is on it's way, please ensure to check your spam folder, sometimes these automated emails can end up here.

Australia Delivery:

We now ship via DHL Express for Australia.  This is an overnight, express, tracked delivery option.  This is a flat rate of $20, we offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $150. 

White Fox & Co is not accountable for any tariff, duty or taxes your parcel may incur upon arrival into your country. 

International Delivery:

We now offer International shipping to the UK, US & Canada.  Via DHL Express.  This is a tracked courier service with transit times between 3-4 working days.

White Fox & Co does ship anywhere Internationally, please get in touch for a quote. 

White Fox & Co is not accountable for any tariff, duty or taxes your parcel may incur upon arrival into your country. 

We are unable to ship any Hello Fern products outside of NZ and Australia. White Fox & Co are unable to ship Snuggle Me Organic Loungers and Charlie Crane Rockers outside of NZ due to being oversized. Should you purchase any of these items, you will be refunded. 

NOTE - Due to Covid19, International shipments may be delayed. 

Returns:

If you need to return an item please contact us at hello@whitefoxandco.co.nz to arrange. Please do not return anything to us without prior approval. Returns are to be sent to White Fox & Co at your own cost.  We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.

Any item returned to White Fox & Co must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.  

The customer will be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to advise once the return has been finalised and the outcome.

Any change of mind items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). 

Please note, there are no exchanges or refunds on any sale items unless faulty or for teethers, pacifiers, headbands, beanies or snuggle me organic loungers which are non-returnable unless faulty for hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items: 

We pride ourselves on the brands we stock and the quality of these items.  We do quality control check upon receiving shipments, however, if for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution. 

Incorrect Items Shipped:

Returns where the incorrect item or size was shipped to you must be made upon receipt of the incorrect item.
A replacement will be offered on all incorrect products returned unworn and unused, with all tags/packaging still attached and intact.  Should a replacement not be available a refund will be offered.
Shipping costs to return the incorrect item to White Fox & Co HQ will be reimbursed upon receipt of an itemised invoice.  Receipts must be emailed to hello@whitefoxandco.co.nz for the reimbursement to be processed.

Pre – Orders:

Approximate shipment times for pre - order items will be stated in the listing for the individual product.  Please note that these are estimates only and whilst 90% of the time the goods are shipped within those time frames, sometimes delays beyond our control do happen and shipping times may be extended.  Stock will always ship the minute it arrives and we appreciate your patience in these situations.
