Welcome to White Fox & Co. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

White Fox & Co is a New Zealand online boutique. All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. We may update our terms, pricing, or product availability at any time.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery (New Zealand only)

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Orders placed after midday may be processed the following business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

Free standard shipping is available on NZ orders over $120 (unless otherwise stated, e.g. oversized items or special promotions).

5. Click & Collect (Kerikeri)

Click & Collect is available for locals from our Kerikeri workshop:

59A Cobham Road, Kerikeri

Select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

6. Returns (Change of mind)

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging/tags intact.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

7. Faulty Items

We take care in checking all stock before dispatch. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of receiving your order) so we can resolve it quickly.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase. Discounts cannot be stacked unless stated otherwise. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

9. Rewards Programme

White Fox Rewards is our loyalty programme. Points can be earned and redeemed on eligible purchases in line with the Rewards programme terms. See our Rewards page for details.

10. Privacy
