Sales

During sale periods, please allow up to 24 hours for replies on social media and emails. Orders may take up to 5 working days to dispatch due to high volumes.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale or campaign items. Discount codes are not redeemable on sale items, including heavily discounted items in the sale section.

Oversized, new, or pre-order items are excluded from sales. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or refunds due to change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or offer refunds on swimwear, hats, hairbrushes, bedding, or pacifiers.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods must be returned to White Fox & Co within 14 days. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and conduct checks prior to shipping. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us via our contact page.

Payment Options

We offer Afterpay, PayPal, and credit card as payment options.

Colours

We have made every effort to display product colours accurately on this website. However, variations may occur depending on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee exact colour representation.

White Fox & Co Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.whitefoxandco.co.nz. Unused value remains on the voucher for future use within the validity period. If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance can be paid with a credit card.

Social Media Giveaways

Discount codes for social media giveaway winners are non-transferable and valid for 3 months from the competition closing date. These codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers and are non-refundable.

White Fox & Co complies with the Privacy Act 1993. We will never disclose your information to third parties. All information received is stored securely and treated as confidential. We do not store credit card details. Payments are handled securely.
